Our friends and tour guides. There a two-piece from York and are the most amazing band live. Lee is one of the most powerful hitting drummers I have ever seen. Best advice we ever had from Jonathan was “If the crowd don’t get it then they shouldn’t be here”.
Idlewild – Queen of the troubled teen’s
We both meet over our love for Idlewild many years ago. Idlewild’s sound has a huge influence on us. 100 Broken windows and hope is important are more relevant records to us then Nirvans Nervemind.
Mowbird – We Sell Maternity Swimwear
Mowbird are amazing, Mowbird are a rare bird that make’s you dance at shows and Mowbird are our friends. We go on tour with them in October.
Sonic Youth – Candle
So much Youth to choose from but we think Candle has to be our favourite. The start has this beautiful shimmering guitar that sway’s with emotion. Taking you to happy place then to a dark place then back again. Youth have a way of taking you on a ride with sound. As soon as Moore start’s to sing you know things are going to be ok.
